The Standard Double Room was really comfy and cute. I loved the little extras like fresh milk and nice coffee—definitely made it feel homey. The bed was cozy enough for a good night's sleep, but the carpet could've used a bit more cleaning. The bathroom was decent, though a thorough clean wouldn't hurt. a pleasant stay!

I had a lovely two-night stay at The Swan in Arundel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the castle and shops. The atmosphere felt cozy from the moment I arrived. Breakfast options were impressive. I especially enjoyed the hot dishes and the quality of food served. The staff made my experience fantastic with their friendliness and attentiveness. My room, a Small Double Room, was clean and well-decorated. there could be some improvements. The shower drain in my room was partially blocked, making showers a bit uncomfortable. I noticed some black mould in a small section of the shower. Although I reported these issues, they were not addressed during my stay. I felt that the attention to detail could be better, especially given the price point.

A Delightful Dining Experience!
We indulged in an unforgettable dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The chalk stream Trout was a standout, while the walnut & courgette moussaka impressed us both. Don’t miss the buffalo milk ice cream—simply divine! Make sure to reserve a table in advance for a cozy dining experience.
